The Word “Man” is encoded as TEFu in Base64 Encoder. Do you want to know how? The ASCII characters for M- a – n is 77, 97 and 110 respectively. The ASCII characters are now converted to their 8 bit binary code.  01001101 for 77, 01100001 for 97 and 01101110 for 110. These codes are now combined to form a string of 24 bit which results in 010011010110000101101110. Now this string is converted as 6 bits that has different binary value.

Converting the 24 bit 010011010110000101101110 as 6 bit each results as below
010011 010110 000101 101110 and their index value is 19, 22, 5 and 46 respectively. As per the index the value is converted as TWFu for the word Man.
